Our Primary business is the provision of complete 'turnkey solutions' for all types of cabling installations. We also developed a program whereby we provide only the skills and services which our customers require. In this way project costs are minimized and the maximum use is made of our customers existing resources.

We typically undertake contracts for main contractors or system sub-contractors, whereby we support the skills they don’t have in their employees. Phoenix offer its clients a complete installation package including, cable, components and skilled engineers, whose efficiency and experience has been gained from the successful completion of thousands of installations.

In addition to providing complete 'turnkey solutions' we also offer skills based services whereby we ‘top up’ the capabilities of our customers organisation. Thus we provide only the skills and services necessary to enable them to provide the complete solution to their clients. This can range from the provision of specialist services such as fibre optic splicing and testing, to the completion of fully structured installations designed by our customers.

All Phoenix installation teams are built from professional experienced communications engineers, with what we like to promote as a uniquely qualified service. Each project has a site supervisor allocated and a project manager on larger installations. The site supervisor will stay on the project till completion and ensure the full scope of the project is completed to satisfaction. All our cable installers are specialists in their field and have the technical knowledge and experience to complete each installation.
