Call Centre Install and Migration

Call Centre LAN expansion, our client was aware that its existing networks would be unable to meet the current Global Issues and required an additional 282 users.

The installation and commissioning was implemented to meet the future needs of the organisation with a Call Centre Staff of 600.

Phoenix migrated sixteen Call Centre department over 4 weekends and successfully completed the project within a 8 week schedule.
