PlenaForm® Airflow Management System.
PlenaForm® is a flexible, air flow management system, that fits under Data Centre raised floors and helps to solve dynamic thermal imbalances within the data centre. Used to create dedicated "hot and cold aisles" under the raised floor, PlenaForm® increases the static pressure, delivering a higher volume of cooling directly to the cold aisle's perforated tiles reducing the workload of the CRAC units.
If a section of the data centre is unused, there is no need to pump air to it under the floor. Our engineers can install under-floor barriers to direct the air flow only to areas where it is required.

HotLok® blanking panels.
HotLok® Blanking Panels provide a 99%+ effective seal for both 1U and 2U openings in IT equipment cabinets, The panels help control hotspots and bypass airflow for optimized cooling effectiveness by preventing hot exhaust air or hot-aisle air from migrating to the air-intake stream at the front of the cabinet. Depending on placement in the cabinet, HotLok Blanking Panels help deliver more cool air to the upper one-third of the cabinet, which is typically the hottest section and most prone to hotspots and equipment reliability problems.

KoldLok® Raised floor Grommets
KoldLok offer a range of specially designed raised-floor grommets designed to seal cutouts within the raised-floor and stop cold air from escaping, whilst still allowing cables to pass through. The KoldLok raised-floor grommets are static disappative and prevent static discharges being carried up the cables. By sealing cutouts within the raised-floor, cooling the data centre environment is drastically improved.
