Our engineers are allocated by our Operations Department, deployment of engineers, ongoing projects and bookings are monitored 24/7 ensuring engineers and customers have an immediate source of information, should they require additional resource, or simply a checkpoint update.

The operations team handle and manage all the resource for a given job, with an individual point of contact being allocated at project conception. This individual will provide a central point of contact for all resource issues for the life of that piece of work. Over the years, we have found this practice fits in with our business model, and more over our customers embrace the concept, and find it totally beneficial to them and their Managers.
